Hurt Bae: Don't Let Men Leave You Emotionally Bankrupt!

Hurt Bae: Don't Let Men Leave You Emotionally Bankrupt!
  1. Women Love Power: Valéria Franciscon thanks!! So happy you found what you were looking for... there will be much more!
  2. Mimi Locke: Yep! Abusers always put blame on victims even society too
  3. Southern Belle: I don't understand why she would want to still talk to that guy after that. When a guy breaks up with me, conversation ends that day. YOu will not get the emotionally benefit to talk to me afterwards. YOu only get to wonder what you missed out on.
  4. Simon Jerrems: I don't get is why he asks her why she didn't leave- when he was cheating her. It seems like a real cop out to ask someone why they didn't leave you. Her intuition was telling her that maybe he was doing the wrong thing by her- yet he has the audacity to ask her why she didn't act on her feelings? He is being weak and trying to shift accountability. Sorry, but his question is a continual form of abuse.
  5. Women Love Power: Thank you!
  6. Dulila: I've subscribed to your channel after seeing you on the grapevine. You're very intelligent, keep doing this type of videos.
  7. Hatshepsut Economics: Great video.
  8. Women Love Power: Hamdi Abdalla interesting! That would be a great topic! Let me think about this list. Thanks!
  9. abonds93: Man I would never give a man that much power to hurt me that's crazy
  10. Shadeenah: Please do a video for part 2.
  11. StelmariaonE7: I'm so happy I found your channel
  12. Women Love Power: Khari Cook thank you for stopping by with a kid comment and for sharing this with friends! Reading this really put a smile on my face!!
  13. wangechi muthii: Love you on grapevine TV.....this video UST made me subscribe to your channel
  14. Valéria Pimenta: I was searching about feminine energy and came across your videos. I love the way you address the topic - you offer great reflection! Congrats on the work done, I'll follow your channel.
  15. Malkia: Yes! I would love for her to do a video on sources to build an education on the Orishas
  16. Frog Leap: It's not a nice feeling is it when someone makes choices and blames you because for staying despite those choices. This is the strategy women employ all the time to excuse their actions. NO SYMPATHY LOL.
  17. Justin Gumbs: Right on Sis!!! You bring up valid points!
  18. Women Love Power: wangechi muthii thank you so much for the subscribe!!! 😊
  19. Felicia M.: I just found your page through Leah Bayaka's FB page. Thank you so much for sharing so much wonderful information! I'm at work watching every video! LOL
  20. Women Love Power: Thank you @justin Gumbs! I try, lol!
  21. Barbara Abena: So many gems in this video! It really made me think about choices I've made in relationships. Thank you! Xx
  22. Women Love Power: Thanks for your kind words! I am glad you've enjoyed watching!
  23. Hamdi Abdalla: Can you do a video on the books that impacted the most? Kinda like a list for the year that young black women should want to read. I'm an avid reader but i haven't read alot from black authors, specifically black female authors. Unfortunately I live in the swedish outback so there's very little available...
  24. morita kaoru: When tou talk abt being ou vulnerable self I think we can call it our "inner child" (our deepest insecurities, fears, etc...).
  25. Khari Cook: I'm about to send this video to all my friends. So many gems. You have language to things I couldn't say.
  26. TinaSarafina S: Great video! I found you on the grapevine and after hearing you speak I had to subscribe to your personal channel. Love the topics you discuss 😊
  27. AshleyNicole: He broke that girl all the way down so badly she no longer had the self esteem or confidence to leave! Women don't realize the longer you stay with the dirty dog, the more damage that is being done to your spirit. You have to get out right away at the first sign of dishonesty. It doesn't help that he's an obvious narcissist anyway and she was probably always left feeling so confused and questioning herself. Smh I hate that guy.
  28. TinaSarafina S: Hamdi Abdalla what a great idea! I also live in Sweden so I agree that it is hard to find books on the topic of femininity and power by black authors
  29. Love bliss: Haven't checked in for a while. N also I closed my Instagram page I had you on n many others. I needed to hear this. Look even on a spiritual path you can loose yourself to a man n just hope he feels the same way you do. Am now in a situation where I fell for someone on the same religious path but after two months I see that I must pull away. He just revealed to me he has a wife n children. No wonder he avoided answering me early into the relationship. He also asked me much about myself n tried to guide me careerwise which could help his career. Hm. He behaved like a yes n no man. Confusing. Am slowly healing off him. I do get weak sometimes n tease him with sexy stuff but it has not worked. It is one of those love energy that suddenly sweeps you off your feet out of nowhere n throw you into blindness. So since it is long distance it makes life easier too. Hm. Thank you.🌹
  30. INSATIABLE IS MY NAME: I'm not going 2 let a Woman hurt me Because if she Cheats on me I'm gone she can't get another chance I'll forgive that's it
  31. Alyat Nicole: "Vulnerability is walking in your truth the whole way." I love this statement. It's so true. Sometimes there's this fear that our truth is too much--that it won't be received well, or, like you said, we'll be rejected. But true vulnerability and freedom is being okay with speaking your truth aloud no matter who's there to listen and regardless of that person's response. Thank you, Ayesha.
  32. Malkia: My Goddess! I love this woman!
  33. Women Love Power: Thank you! I so appreciate you, and there's definitely more to come, soon!

How To Let It 'Flow': Lessons In the Art of Surrender

How To Let It 'Flow': Lessons In the Art of Surrender
  1. Amber Marie: This is such a treat and so fitting for this current phase of my life. I equate it to the butterfly metamorphosis. One must sometimes die to who/what they believe they are in order to become something far greater.
  2. Kaye Anye: Wow, just wow. Thank you
  3. ana Mont: +Women Love Power what days and where. I live in nj too
  4. Karamina Designs: Hello from London, I just discovered your channel and love the set up. Love the colours the choice of imagery and the interrogation scanning film, literature and mythology. Very instructive even for a fifty-something who is wondering where all the time went and sorting out the next steps to achieve my long held goals.
  5. Women Love Power: Lauryn J thank you queen!
  6. L E.: i really needed this today. Thank you so much!!!
  7. koyuki90: Thank you, this video was very inspirational 😚😘
  8. Divine shine: Your videos and website had shape me into becoming a better and more confident young woman. God bless you and everything you do 👑Ayesha.
  9. Manie E.: heygirlhey name of the song please ?lol
  10. Women Love Power: nancana10 yes! It’s called inside the pink and it’s on iTunes, Spotify, google play and SoundCloud! ☺️
  11. DeBorah Camille: Ayesha, thank you so much! Your work means so much to me. 💜
  12. TinoM24: Khari Cook wow such a good point!
  13. Ayesha Faines: Savvy Sion heads up, I did a cyber Monday coupon but I didn’t send out to anyone but social media followers. There will likely be another for list when newsletter is ready but If you want to take advantage use coupon code cybermondaypowermoves.
  14. DanceSexMusicHipHop: +Ayesha Faines ok thank you.
  15. Women Love Power: Crollé Serré what?!!! Wow! That’s incredible!!
  16. DanceSexMusicHipHop: +Women Love Power Hi I've tried several times to register for the newsletter from your website but I haven't received a confirmation email and it's not in my spam folder either.
  17. Women Love Power: smartsexyfun97 I love that you are celebrating the season in spite of your trials. You’re evolving!
  18. nancana10: Do you have a podcast Ayesha? I can listen to you all day 😊
  19. Mayeaux W.: When I saw the title I knew exactly what the intro song would be. ❤️
  20. Sara T: The dance analogy was so apt. I also dance salsa, and I can remember those first few months of learning were rough. Years later, I know how to go with the flow. Most recently ( a couple years ago), I tried learning kizomba, and I found myself in the same spot I was in at the beginning of salsa: anticipating, not relaxing, focusing too much on when I took a misstep. I will offer a different take, though, in that it's a lot more to it than "instinct" and the "body knowing what to do." We can't discount the idea that oftentimes we do need these things taught to us or pointed out to us because so many of us live in our heads. Incidentally, your videos do just that--teach and point out.
  21. Women Love Power: Thanks Danielle! I really appreciate your encouragement!!!
  22. Lauryn J: This the first video of yours I’m watching and what a breath of fresh air. The quality of work you put into your video both content and visuals. You really get it!
  23. J Songs: Can I ask how you knew to get the right authorization to use the songs in this video?
  24. VIXIN: I love you x Changing lives, that’s what you’re doing😘 Please never stop👌🏾
  25. Danielle Campbell: More people need to benefit from your unique perspective, your wisdom and your understanding! I hope your brand makes it big, you are an exceptional woman!!
  26. Nikita Roundtree: This message was right on time for all things going on in my life!!
  27. silver serpent: my dear, thank you so much. this video was beautifully made, and I loved seeing you dance! surrender is something I am learning more and more, and this one brought it to a deeper level for me - especially as just now I was struggling to make my first youtube video and just couldn't get in the flow and say what I intended to - I let it go and am relaxing now and the inspiration is rising up in me again. Thank you.
  28. morita kaoru: It applies in relationships too. So many times ppl try to change others by telling them what to do or how to live their lives, but after a while it becomes control covert as "love". I've had that experience many times where my boundaries got violated with unsolicited advices, judgments, pushing through my no's, etc.
  29. Cheche Mokgosi: Thank you for this message, I am currently going through a separation after 15 years of being with my former partner and I never anticipated how challenging it would be.
  30. TinoM24: Appetite 4 Chic yeah she did such a great job with the details. Like I’m changing a lot of things because of it.
  31. Hunadi Makgatho: That signature red lip deserves its own YouTube channel ❤️💋. Thank you for yet another empowering video.
  32. Jayla Dainty: More videos please. We love you dearly
  33. Nnennaya Igwe: I am still waiting for the video to load but I already agree with everything you have to say queen Ayesha. Continue to show us the way, I love you <3
  34. heygirlhey: 🎶Zoo Bay da Bay dow u Dow ba ba ba daaaa🎶 man that was my song! Bout to Spotify after I finish watching this gorgeous regal intelligent lady on my screen 😍. ...just out of curiosity did you major in the arts at Yale? I'm always so impressed with your take on literature
  35. sydney sandiego: This is fantastic, Ayesha. Thank you for the work you do.
  36. Queen S: This video came right on time 💜🖤💜!!
  37. Jenny Meya: +Women Love Power thank you!!
  38. Adara Nelson: Such a timely video for me. I have been going through the push and pull between my instincts and my mind for the past few months regarding my career. It's interesting that you posted this now, because I use to come back to your channel to rewatch your videos often. The one on Oshun was my personal favorite but now I have a strong contender. When you gave the Salsa analogy and said sometimes we try to take the guy's hand and spin ourselves... that is very much me right now with my life. Trying to force a situation to work in my favor so I can predict what happens next. I'm not aligned at all and it is clumsy and painful. I'm probably going to be referencing this video for years to come when I'm sharing the story of my success/ journey. Will also share it with my people now for those who need this message. Thank you so much for this.
  39. El: This is an affirmation
  40. Crollé Serré: Thank you Ayesha. My instinct made me type surrender at first looking for Oprah message and then your video came out. ✨
  41. D'sherice Mo: Thank u for this video. That Aretha song always takes me out. I'm looking forward to your master class
  42. Annalise Anthony: You don’t know me but if you read this comment, thank you for this video. I’m a “planner”. For the past few days I’ve been going through so many issues while approaching the last semester of school and nothing seemed to be fitting into my plans. It made me so sick with worry that I couldn’t sleep last night. It’s like this video was a sign to tell me to calm down and that I’ll be ok. It really means a lot to me.
  43. MsSoaringstar18: Yes Ms. Ayesha!!! Please do more videos!!! We've been waiting to long!!
  44. Savvy Sion: I've just finished binge watching your videos 😍😄. I love your content and the way you break things down and make it so relatable! I'm currently pinching my pennies so I can take the 5 laws course. Just courious if you planned on running a holiday special?? Thanks so much for the videos!❤❤
  45. MelaninMe Asmr: Sis I seriously appreciate you and your videos. Imma be honest. I've been on this hypergamy/dating up journey for a bit. I went out on a date recently and the dude turned out to be an ahole. I felt depressed and relasped back into old habits, but your videos has given me confidence to see through it. You're a gift and your vids are healing. 💕❤💙❤💙💛💛💛
  46. Erya Bolonha: I could listen to you speak for hours and hours your voice is so peaceful.. you always look so relaxed.. And beautiful as always
  47. Women Love Power: Wey U by Chante Moore. All the music is from the Waiting To Exhale Soundtrack.
  48. Christine MV: Beautiful .. wow😘
  49. AWRAH: I always wanted to let you know your mind is So beautiful and the way you explain what you know so clearly is a gift , your truly one of a kind .
  50. call me ishamel: Another well made video. Stay excellent!
  51. zan752000: Thank you so very much for this.
  52. Black Butterfly: Ayesha, you are ineffably amazing. Your videos and presence push me to be my best and true self. I feel that I am naturally feminine, sometimes in an uncanny way, but because of society and personal experiences, I have lost a lot of my femininity. Thank you for helping me and other reclaim what's ours.
  53. ana Mont: This goes for most Latin dances in general....bachata...merengue...cumbia....men lead. I still have a hard time dancing latin mudic because i tend to want to lead but i was told by a dance teacher than salsa and other latin music...is the only time when YOU HAVE TO LEAD...lol i know buts its hard
  54. Women Love Power: You're so welcome!!!
  55. Safia Marmon: The best channel on youtube
  56. maura.magic: This is one of the most valuable videos I have seen in years! Thank you Ayesha!! :)
  57. Marquia Jones: Ayesha, you speak so well on the male/female dynamic. I wonder would you ever research, and speak about the nature of same sex connections? I’m particularly curious on how you would explore the fluidity between female bonds. I know you probably don’t fancy yourself an expert on this stuff, but I’d be curious to see you muse on the topic.
  58. Geri Miller: Frankly, I'm baffled as to why you don't have more subscribers, your channel is brilliant! Like so many other commenters, this came at a time I needed it most. I came to know and learned these lessons over the years, but I needed this message to remind me of them. Thank you.
  59. Alexys Daniel: Please make more videos! You inspire me so much!
  60. Sara Tadesse: Hello production value!!! Thankyou for the upload 💚
  61. Asli Shagu: I want take the course so bad but as I college broke student I can’t right now. I freaking love you and your videos are making me a better person❤️
  62. Qwamel Hanks: Talk about divine timing...just last night I was meditating on the spiritual practice of acceptance. Thank you for this message!
  63. Star Goddess: This is one of my favourite episodes
  64. smartsexyfun97: Thank you for this message. I just broke things off with a guy I been dating for 3 yrs. It's been hell but I was trying to hold on to it even though I was supposed to walk away yrs ago. I feel in a space I can't describe just yet but I need to believe that this journey is going in a positive path for me. And your message helps me to find peace in this current my life is flowing in at this moment.
  65. Rozzay11: My song and my mantra!!!!!! And Persephone is one of my favorite goddesses . Virgo lady! ♍️
  66. Women Love Power: R J wow thank you! I’m really humbled that this video helped you!
  67. Johanne Noel: The right message at the right time thanks❤️
  68. Chocolate Divine: I’m learning to embrace more of that understanding how my menstrual cycle flows with the moon cycle and using my creativity more at this time.
  69. Women Love Power: Maaya Ayu I love that and I celebrate you!!!
  70. Savvy Sion: +Women Love Power I just hopped on the list! Thanks!😊🌺
  71. Ayesha Faines: DanceSexMusicHipHop I’m thinking that if you sign up for the newsletter your email Is added— no confirmation. Thank you sign up via the archetypes quiz— there’s a follow up email. So it’s there. And I’m still working on newsletter, and a lot of extra that comes with so thank you for your patience!
  72. Kymberle Grant: That was so clear and just... I love it 💙💙💙
  73. Hunadi Makgatho: Ayesha's videos really are changing the relationship I have with my feminine energy. Allowing it to work for me instead of constantly trying to suppress it like I always did. This sounds kinda ridiculous lol but I've actually given my feminine energy a name and maybe it's just a mind trick thing but I summon my energy every time I feel very anxious and I swear it works... I promise!
  74. Women Love Power: ana Mont i dance salsa and I teach a class called viva la femme which is a Latin based feminine movement class!
  75. Women Love Power: Bless you!!!! 🙏🏾
  76. eliza sapara grant: that's beautiful
  77. Women Love Power: heygirlhey I love that song too! The whole soundtrack! I was a near eastern languages and civilizations major (middle eastern studies) lol, so go figure! But I love literature, film and mythology!
  78. Khari Cook: This video came at the right time. It's why as a man I keep a counsel of women around me. Due to women having a natural cycle they are able to calm my anxieties about life. Women's ability to endure and evolve through surrender/submission/letting go, letting flow has help my linear form of thinking. I think as Men, this is something that could help us deal with the punches in a better way. Instead of learning when the punch comes, and dodge. We usually choose to punch back harder. Soft Power... something for me to ponder. I've been terribly vicious lately and trying to find my softness and vulnerability lately. But ugh it so hard. Thanks Ayesha for always delivering thought provoking content. #BlackGirlMagic brings #BlackBoyJoy
  79. Yahla Sokar: This video came right on time! I needed to hear these words of encouragement. I’m going through so much In my personal life, especially with my relationship. It can feel overwhelming at times, but sometimes you have to just let things flow naturally and ride the wave. “Everything’s going to work out right, ya know” in the words of Toni Braxton. I know Im on my divine path, this is just a tough cycle preparing me for something great. Loved this video, Ayesha you are my favorite!
  80. Women Love Power: Adara Nelson that means do much to me that I can offer helpful guidance and inspiration. I strive to bring more light and clarity into the world and above all, to create evergreen content that people can return to again and again— really happy that you’ve enjoyed!
  81. morita kaoru: The part that resonated with me most is when you say we're so goal-oriented we forget to live in the present. That's so true, even then, there are so many distractions that keep us from being in the moment like technology and being on our phone. One thing I miss abt my childhood is not caring abt the future and just having fun in the moment. I feel like I have a lot to learn from my childhood.
  82. Silas X-Videos2nd: Love love this. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
  83. That Girl: I love to hear you talk. And i love learning from you
  84. Women Love Power: Jessica Rose that’s a beautiful connection!!
  85. Sonya Asegieme: Wow. Thank you.
  86. Zainab Amina: I stan forever ❤️
  87. Destiny Burns: Your videos have changed my life. Thank you and please keep doing these. I have learned so much!
  88. ana Mont: Are you in a dance group or teach salsa?
  89. Appetite 4 Chic: Nobody breaks a subject down like Ayesha. You were made to speak. Girl, you got me interested in taking salsa classes lol... I really appreciate how you use certain examples like Waiting To Exhale and salsa dancing to bring in your point. I understood completely your topic of surrendering and going with the flow. I literally just had my own transformation and it was difficult because it came from death, but I compare it to a butterfly. Great video, love your incite 👌🏾
  90. 1wtre: Great breakdown of the art of surrender! There have been so many times in my life that I have viewed surrender as giving up so much power, or having a ditzy, lack of intelligence, but the more I grow as a woman and LET GO, the more powerful and peaceful I feel. As a southern black American, in the back of my mind, I hear a low hum of "All of my life I've had to fight!" Echoing ancestors, but surrendering to the flow and cycles of life doesn't mean one has to be a push over or a doormat, there is tremendous power found in the art of surrender. But, as you stated, we live in a western society that favors a linear thinking, a "picture your life as a timeline" (ive heard this from a few church counselors) when it never felt right for me to view my life as a line, but much more natural, for me, to view it cyclically. Thanks again for the upload!💕💃🏽
  91. Women Love Power: Natasha goodness! This is such an incredible acknowledgement! Thank you!!
  92. Chocolate Divine: Instinct. When I was in Lagos, Nigeria and it was the first time I felt vulnerable and alive. I had no choice but to go with the flow of life there. It was literally organized chaos. But it was the first time I felt in my feminine because I had no choice but to be present in the moment.
  93. Women Love Power: I am SO elated to see this comment. I even shared it on my Youtube! I want men to understand that feminine consciousness is for everyone-- just like masculine consciousness is! We need both! The universe leans towards balance! There's time for assertiveness, and time to relax, allow and feel your instinct. I can't tell you how eye opening your response is. Thanks Khari!
  94. Z. JF: Im not done watching but I just wanted to say.. you are slaying this look Ayesha! yas <3
  95. heygirlhey: Manie E. Chante Moore- Wey U ...it's on waiting to exhale soundtrack there's a lotta good songs on there
  96. Women Love Power: The same! I miss how easy it was to be consumed with the senses, the present moment and the lack of self-consciousness. There's a certain 'wisdom' that children have because they are so guided by instinct-- it something we have to awaken!
  97. Keisha Charmaine: Brilliant break down. Thank you so much for this video.
  98. Omiajẹ Naturals: Another profound message from the beautiful Ayesha! 💕
  99. Jessica Rose: I agree with this comment. It's so true. In the Bible Jesus talks about "childlike faith." And I believe this is exactly the point, the lack of self-consciousness. They have no fear or worry. They're just in the moment, having fun. As adults we need to remind ourselves of this more.
  100. Natasha: WOKE . You just woke my existance into a whole new parallel. Love it.
  101. Women Love Power: I'm glad! You're welcome!
  102. Brooklyn Nikki: I love this segment. Ayesha gave me some insight on how to overcome disappointment in my life. I am going to come out on the other side of this. Thanks Ayesha.
  103. Ms. Stratton: This was dope. Thank you for sharing ❤️
  104. Women Love Power: Gracelike rain working on some complimentary videos for my women love power newsletters at the moment and I hope to have another one for YouTube within a few weeks, definitely this month. ☺️
  105. The Health Body Fitness: I Agree we All Fall Short Sometimes in Life but we got to keep Rising Higher an Higher each Day an keep getting Better each and everyday and we will be Reborn Again Love the Videos keep it up Beautiful
  106. morita kaoru: The analogy with dancing is great. The only time where I feel like my body and my mind are in alignement is when I'm dancing. Ppl who never practice dance dont know what they're missing.
  107. Women Love Power: Sara T good point and I should have been clearer— you definitely have to learn the patterns first and then with practice they become instinctive!!! Just like we learn behavior and through repetition, those behaviors good or bad, become instinct. Apologies for not being clearer because you know you def can’t just hop up and know. Also— same experience learning kizomba!
  108. TinoM24: Truly enjoyed the message...
  109. R J: I literally never comment on YouTube but this video appearing in my life right now is divine intervention in the face of my cataclysm. I’m still hurting but I understand now. Thank you!
  110. Thandiwe: I love that you’ve grounded this principle in language that id understandable. Love you!!
  111. Pluto: i sincerely thank you for your existence. your presence on Grapevine, your website, your channel, everything. i am 18, in college, and i am working on connecting not only more to my femininity, but also to my vulnerability, and who i becoming in general. you are heaven sent. thank you, for everything ♥️
  112. Gracelike rain: Hello I just watched all your videos when does the next one come out?
  113. Jenny Meya: Perfect timing! What's the name of the song that plays around 6:30? It's soothing 💕
  114. Maaya Ayu: I ❤️ your videos! I'm only 16 years old and trying to be a better me and becoming more feminine 🌺🥀

Cardi B and the Art of the Come-Up

Cardi B and the Art of the Come-Up
  1. Devon Peña: Fan of you on Grapevine. So glad I came across your videos and was able to subscribe! Appreciate all you do.
  2. Brooklyn Nikki: I just love how articulate Ayesha is, I love Cardi B
  3. Paige Thorpe-Davis: You Are B-R-I-L-L-I-A-N-T!! 😱😘
  4. Shannon Bowen: I fell in love hearing you speak on the grapevine. clicked on this video as soon as I saw it was you. your words are so powerful. you never disappoint. thank you. ❤❤❤
  5. crosses101: YouTube is a continent of politics so anything is possible.
  6. Plusize Popstar: I need to watch this video every day
  7. jazzy love: Women Love Power Same! I like those type of music too! Except, I also listen to gospel music which was created by our people, some country songs. Also, country music originally came from us but eventually became popular to the Caucasians. I also, listen to some rock music as well! Rock music was also created by us but that to became popular to the Caucasians as too ! Also, I listen to old school rap when rap music was positive! Our generation didn’t get to listen to music when it was positive before it went to the left! I can tell you was born in the 80’s; so you’re a whole lot years older than me! I was born in the 90’s; 1992 to be exact! We are both millennium children but different generation, and our generation is the one that needs help! I’m glad I got the chance to listen how music use to be! Listen to KRS One call heal yourself, You must learn, Sound of da police! Also, listen to Queen Latifah call Ladies first and U.N.I.T.Y. Public enemy song call fight the power! Also, self destruction rap video! Listen to those songs and tell me how you like it; plus there are many songs like there’s but the Illuminati has to destroy the music that was originally suppose to uplift people of color and wake them up! You might heard of this song by 2Pac call Change! Listen to Nas call I know I can be what I want to be! Also lyfe Jennings song call S.EX, and statistics by him! You’ll like those songs! I’m not sure if you never heard of this song before by India Arie; and I know she is not a rapper but this song is what is going on right now call I’m not my hair by her! I like majority of her songs honestly! Those are the songs I listen to! We need to show this generation when music was positive; that’s where I’m trying to get to because our generation is the lost generation! Only a some of us are on the right track! We need to show positive images of our people because the media only show negative images but whose controlling the media; I’ll wait? The Caucasian but a particular group of them! They show negative images of people of color around the world to keep us divided! It’s up to us to be the change and show positive images because we all are not hood rats and gangstas, and many other negative images they promote about our people! We can use YouTube to do it! We need to be a change and stop allowing the bad hates with our people make the rest of us look bad! We need to use YouTube as well to talk about history such as black Wall Street in Tulsa Oklahoma, black investors, black successful people, and many more!
  8. Ambrosia Devyani: crosses101 this is specifically targeted for women bc society has abused us for so long.
  9. Women Love Power: Take action! Action is the only thing that destroys fear and those who refrain from self-promotion (moderateand genuine self promotion of course) usually are dealing with fear of judgement and/or fear of rejection issues that they must work through. xo
  10. Ifafunke Oladigbolu: Sis you are magical, thanks for sharing your knowledge and light!
  11. Women Love Power: jazzy love hi!!!! Thanks for your kind words! I met Ashley in high school! And I agree with you about music! It's jazz, old school r&b, and Latin for me! I don't listen to Cardi's music but I do cape for women who recognize their worth and RISE!
  12. Suad Mahfouz: Thank you once again Ayesha for your brilliance.
  13. Mary A: I understand that she did have a major "come up," but it's difficult for me, as an educated/classy woman to have any respect for Cardi B. I'm trying not to judge, but it's so difficult.
  14. Ishmael Bracy: Your intelligence is impeccable <3
  15. Ashley Gibbs: +MrOu83 yes some women do sleep with people to get ahead. But what she is saying is that you can not sleep your way all up to the top. You have to put yourself into a position to sleep with someone in the first place. These actresses didnt just sleep with weinstein they acted in movies and tv shows and continued their careers by working hard. Just laying down with someone can give you an oppurtunity but you have to make the most of that oppurtunity to be successful.
  16. Kendi R.: Great work on this video. Love the content, quality and production of it.
  17. China Gyal: CoffeeAt Midnight nah it's not , I'm light skin and I know the history of colorism . It's not a black or American thing , colorism is all around the world. Why do you think all the mainstream black female entertainers are light skin ? Rihanna, beyonce,Nicki Minaj
  18. Women Love Power: girl, i gotta look through my books, lol-- let me work on that!
  19. SomethingOhMy: I have so much trouble with self promotion. I’m so used to playing the background.
  20. Mx Tooreal: +Women Love Power yaaaaaaas
  21. Women Love Power: Yari Arias thank you!!
  22. Sadi M.: Hold up wait a minute. Ok cardi b is a woman who knows how to use her power to get what she wants but i can argue that she also gave up a lot of her power to get to where she is now. We can lie and say that being a stripper is some how powerful but 9/10 it's degrading. Cardi b used her sexuality to get what she wants but there is a BIG difference between a Beyonce and a Cardi B. Beyonce uses her sensuality not her sexuality. Sexuality is feeling, sensuality is expression. Cardi b also seems to be a woman that will literally do whatever it takes to get what she wants, that includes letting men disrespect her that is not power.
  23. Naturally Jazzy: This video was so timely. Once a women taps into her power, is it automatic that she knows HOW she can craft her talents & skills to accomplish her goal? Does she becoming naturally pulled in a certain direction? or does it require lots of planning? It could easily be all of the above lol I am a planner to the T but the more I get to know myself the more my goals seem too far away to not act now.
  24. wangechi muthii: love you videos Ayesha been a fan ever since I started watching Grapevine tv, could you give a list of some, if not all, of the autobiographies you've read as mentioned on this video?
  25. fungirl0123456: Yep watching from London. Seems to work now. How weird.
  26. LaReginaPatrizia: Yes. She had the powerful men mesmerized. They knew that she had had affairs with other powerful men but they wanted to be part of the "Pamela" Club. They felt it was a privilege to become one of her lovers.
  27. Lesley Reflectionz: Wow love this learnt alot thank u💯😘😘
  28. Women Love Power: Brownie-pie hey, are you international? I'm hearing that international audiences can't watch. I'm going to upload to my Facebook page later and post link. That may work.
  29. Women Love Power: Yes, I'm all about the #blackboyjoy and #blackgirlmagic! I want more love in the world! Self love, romantic love, love for human kind, and even loving power. You get me! Let's spread love and grow this channel-- woot woot! That's music to my ears.
  30. Junebaby G: Cardi B. has a unique skill set thats magnetic.
  31. antonia: Yes!! the lady that mentally stimulates my mind is back with another amazing video, Love your work xx
  32. jazzy love: Women Love Power Sorry, I took so long to write back! Working and being in college!
  33. Candice Greene: Can you do an extended video on charm? That would be great!
  34. Blessing Otuorimuo: So Ayesha, when is your book coming out? because you are dropping gems!
  35. Simi Sanni: Isn't charm and selfishness/not-giving-a-f*** contradictory? Since charm is getting people to like you
  36. Karl Williams: CoffeeAt Midnight Like that rapper saying Cardi hasn't put in the work to be getting keys to the city
  37. The Whoever: mizzmolly I'm not alone! 🤗😊 lol
  38. Blair Santillana: I believe that Meghan Markle is another great come up.
  39. THOUGHT CRIMEZ: 👍
  40. Women Love Power: antonia thank you!!!
  41. Women Love Power: LaReginaPatrizia yasss! You know you're fierce ladies! This is the HERstory all women need to know!
  42. Adriana Fleming: This video is not available to watch internationally? I can't view this video.
  43. Women Love Power: renee girl thank you but you should see me on the day to day grind--it's usually in a bun! This hair just so happened to freshly curled and hair sprayed! Put it back in a pony right after I shot this!
  44. Women Love Power: Love you back!
  45. Mc LBJ: LOVE YOU GIRL!
  46. mizzmolly: nikwuslub09 - No, I don't have a Cardi B in me. I'm a little more "refined." And power isn't really that important to me, just wealth, which I'm slowly growing. I know I'm more powerful than I sometimes realize, but I'm not someone who goes after it. It's just there.
  47. mizzmolly: I'm sorry, but Cardi B's song is awful! AND she's ratchet. But to each his/her own.
  48. munequa81: Mary eventually sexuality becomes a factor in a woman’s success because at the end of the day, women are climbing the ladders built by MEN. Women are disrupting spaces built by MEN. And as you know, men don’t relate to women exclusively on an intellectual level, no matter what it looks like on the outside. These powerful women know that and use those tools. Men use whatever tools in their arsenal to achieve power and it’s expected from them, but when women use their God given sexuality as a tool to gain power in a world set against them, it’s suddenly a problem. Not only a problem from men, but other women who don’t understand their own power because of internalized patriarchy.
  49. Women Love Power: Thank you Tricia! Sending the love right back!
  50. Natasha: My new favourite channel!
  51. Mischa Hardy: This piece was soooooo amazing...as always sis thank you #WAKANDA_FOREVER
  52. RGGemmy97: Ayesha!!! I found your channel<3 I love this already subbed~~~
  53. Gretchen Pike: Awesome video. 💗
  54. LaReginaPatrizia: I loved Mata Hari too. She reinvented herself after her divorce. She made up a dance, sold it as an exotic dance even though she wasn't a great dancer and captured Paris by storm.
  55. Women Love Power: You are too kind! Thank you!
  56. Thejdreamerzful: Came across your video by accident and i am so glad i did! wow educational, inspirational and all that! love these!
  57. Tricia Charlton: My gawd, you are beautiful 😍😍😍 sending love from one black woman to another
  58. Nicol Christopher: I have been living under a rock because I have never heard of her until this video.
  59. China Gyal: I don't think this applies to cardi b , she had a machine to push her. Which is Viacom , also colorism has a play in her success. She does not have the staying power like a Nicki Minaj .
  60. Karl Williams: Women Love Power Again I like what you doing but she kind of contradicts your "Your don't know the power you got" theory. She's openly modified her ass and body to become sexual to get where she is, she has a lot of character I would admit, even the song she's got to no.1 with is part stolen. If we're to do what we can just to come up why don't women all become prostitutes. Looking forward to your Yvonne Orji vid
  61. Zodidi Jewel: You have a new subscriber! Yasss queen
  62. Lynette Simms: Ever since I found the Grapevine I always loved your commentary, now I'm obsessed with your channel....keep it up!!!
  63. Women Love Power: lol, thanks!
  64. Essence Is cool: The music is too loud for me. But otherwise excellent video!
  65. Mx Tooreal: Good video. Confidence and belief in self is EVERYTHING. ACCEPT yourself.
  66. Ida G: Love you Ayesha.
  67. Plum Garcia: Oh my god. I love you on the Grapevine, I only just now stumbled upon your channel. Instant subscribe smh
  68. Kristin Bracy: I love that! " There is no such thing as sleeping your way to the top"!!!!
  69. fungirl0123456: Has the video been removed?
  70. Women Love Power: Kendi R. Thanks! That means a lot-- they require a bit of sweat equity!
  71. glamorazzi 003: Id love to hear more of your views on charm and how to develop it! Great content! Love your videos❤
  72. Z. JF: So profound! I love u !
  73. Candy Kane: Men understand the power women have using their sexuality to get ahead so they slut shame them and get other insecure women who don’t know how to use their power to join in ‘hoe’ ‘gold digger’ ‘bitch’ etc are all words meant to undermine women who know what they want and use their power. The most memorable women in history have always had that hint of rebellion in them and the ‘I don’t give a fuck’ attitude is what gets them ahead. Imagine if Cardi B didn’t become a stripper? Because she cared about what people thought? She wouldn’t have been able to invest in her dreams, everyone has their own way of getting to the top and now her children are set for life and won’t need to do what she’s done because she’s already done it 💅🏽💸 that’s why I do not judge anyone. The most smartest women I’ve met were hustlers and the vast majority of female celebs were first moonlighting as escorts or strippers.. let that sink in ☕️ Marilyn Monroe, Dita Von Teese, Blac Chyna, Amber rose, Geri Halliwell from the spice girls (who was the brain child behind it) etc etc the list goes on and theres even a video here on YouTube about it by the Talko. Like cardi said ‘whatever it Takes to get to the top. Do it’ it’s your life.
  74. Women Love Power: Glad you found me! Thanks for subscribing!
  75. Woke Manishboi: We WON'T know who the HELL Cardi B is in a couple of years.
  76. Isha Victoria: 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
  77. crosses101: UK is basically America!
  78. Mx Tooreal: Respectability politics. Snobs are irritating. U breath, eat, shit, and die just like cardi, you are not better than her because you are different. Everybody is not going to be dry.
  79. Yari Arias: You are well spoken and eloquent, you portrait class❤ and good video point too
  80. Rinu Ogundeji: This video is so fantastic! Love your analysis, the history you told, the message, the tips and love you Ayesha!! :D
  81. Diesel MAX: Music is way too loud!!!!
  82. Women Love Power: Yes, please keep watching. I have dozens of examples of women I plan to highlight as part of a G.O.A.T. series-- there's also a gallery of fabulous examples on my website under the G.O.A.T. tab (check the menu). I know Cardi is controversial but I thought she'd make an interesting case study and I am also capitalizing on her popularity-- and the fact that some women genuinely do identify more with Cardi than with many of my other usual (more refined) examples. One more thing-- I actually think Cardi is smarter than we give her credit for...
  83. 1234 5678: Woke Manishboi you said that a year ago now look at her now 👑👑👑👑
  84. Karl Williams: Anesu 32 So the basis behind everything is as long as you're making money, it don't matter what you are or do
  85. Naturally Jazzy: Thank you for the advice. That makes a lot of sense. I'm at a odd cross between finalizing undergrad and applying to med school, but my urge to share what I've learned and how I interpret & apply the sciences are at an all time high. I'll keep grinding though & trust the processes! thanks again.
  86. China Gyal: ettisen why ? You serious ..
  87. Bean: Thank you for these videos, ayesha! Your commentary on real life situations is so needed. These are things that more women should know!
  88. The Whoever: To the ladies that don't desire power, that don't have a Cardi B in you, the nice girls....understand we ALWAYS finish last. Where can I take these Cardi B courses? 😂😂😆
  89. Women Love Power: Sexy Function I'll definitely do more videos that touch on charm and you may also take interest in my monthly master classes (starting next month) on my website that will go deep into all of these subjects (charm, soft power, seduction, sacred sensuality). Thanks for watching!
  90. Women Love Power: Love you back!
  91. Diesel MAX: That is not a compliment to a black person in 2017.
  92. Sabrina: Ayesha stays dropping truths but wont share how she GETS HER HAIR TO STAY PERFECT. sis pls spill this secret
  93. Women Love Power: Alicia Pinto hi Alicia! I'll be doing videos that touch on charm, power, seduction and anything else I can think of that helps women. Next month I'm doing in depth videos called "master classes" that go into charm, seduction and power tactics in depth. I'm also releasing a course called the 5 laws of feminine power-- both links are in the description!
  94. Essence Is cool: Try a vpn
  95. Mx Tooreal: I like cardi b. She is extra as fuck and sometimes she tells the truth
  96. Khari Cook: So I pulled out a pen, and got to taking notes. Thank You Ayesha, I spent my entire day watching your video and learning about The Divine Feminine. You are truly #BlackGirlMagic and You have inspired my own #BlackBoyJoy to continue in the direction of growth.😃 Can't wait for more videos, and I will continue to share and spread your content. Let's Grow this Channel. #QueenAyesha
  97. Galvatraum7: Although I have great admiration for the female form, I have never been compelled to patronize a strip club, ever. It just never occurred to me that I should go. However, I have never held contempt for the women who worked there, either. As a man, I would never shame or disrespect a woman who permitted me access to her body. Why on earth would I do that? Regarding Cardi B, her music never appealed to me, but I have tremendous respect for her wit and tenacity. She's got plenty of what they call "grit." I wish her her the best. Shanti.
  98. Harris Re-nee: Brilliant videos, but Cardi B is poisonous to the Black community.
  99. Women Love Power: sweetchari glad you took something from the message!
  100. Women Love Power: Thank you! So glad you stumbled across my channel!
  101. Jahdiel Ben Yisrael: Charm... that's the "je ne sais quoi" that you and Cardi B share. I'd almost forgotten what that looks like in a woman. May even hit that subscription button... matter o fact... "click".
  102. Drinkthedamncocoa: It's so great to have black women talking about womanhood! I'm really trying to be able to live my life without caring abut what people think. It's hard because I've dealt with a lot of guilt being burdened on me by family because of my parents' mistakes (they believe children should save their parents) and this has made it hard but I'm getting better. I'm not a Cardi B fan but it sounds like she is carefree, which is what makes me a fan of Rihanna.
  103. Women Love Power: Karl Williams I used Cardi B as a case study because of her current pop cultural relevance but I was careful to stress that women of all backgrounds (and complexions) have been making the "come up" since the beginning of time-- I even mentioned several in the video. Sure, I could do the same video about Veranica Franco, Martha Gellhorn, Katherine Dunham or any number of people because this was an opportunity to speak to the UNIVERSAL qualities that women who succeed possess-- not an inference that Cardi B is the woman we must all idolize. However, I believe in meeting people where they are and people are fascinated by her in this moment and time. And I personally don't buy into the respectability politics that state we can't make a case study out of a woman like Cardi B. Thanks for watching.
  104. MrOu83: Kristin Bracy - While I love Ayesha, especially when she’s on Grapevine, I disagree with her on that subject. Just because not all women cannot (not that most would want to do that anyway), there are some who have done, and continue to do just that. The Weinstein scandal speaks to that.
  105. Rossygrossy: Cardi B is just a real genuine and honest ass person. Everyone and anyone can always appreciate that ❤️ Why do you stay droppin' gems?! "There's no such thing as sleeping your way to the top"
  106. Bean: Exactly why I'm here. She is such an AMAZING speaker and carries herself so well.
  107. Women Love Power: Wow, I am so happy you left this comment. I know my beliefs about feminine power and agency can make some people uncomfortable, but when I create, I just always hope the message reaches just one person at the exact moment in time it needs to reach them. I love it when that kind of synchrony happens in my own life. Thanks for subbing! My heart is full!
  108. Rosilyn Chambers: Thank you. ♡
  109. 1perle: nikqualuv09 😂😂😂
  110. ettisen: Excellent! Thank you. Great message. All women need to live by the Cardi Code.
  111. Women Love Power: Yes, she was quite a woman!
  112. Women Love Power: Naturally Jazzy congratulations! I encourage you to follow that urge because I can imagine there are people who seek that kind of information-- also, if it fulfills you, and takes you deeper into your passion for the sciences, you can't lose!
  113. mizzmolly: Yeah, right girl. Who's the hairdresser with the magic hands? (LOL)
  114. mizzmolly: Well then, I guess I'm pretty damn powerful! Thank you!
  115. LaReginaPatrizia: I loved that you used the example of Pamela Harriman. Her biography is amazing!
  116. Brownie-pie: The vid is not available? :/
  117. Robertking1996: YASSSSS AYESHA! I would love more analytical takes like this on more contemporary subjects within the hip-hip/black media world. Entertaining and intellectually delightful.
  118. kycologist: Lol, I took notes and replayed this! What an eloquent way of explaining Cardi B's journey along with other powerful women of the past.
  119. Brucia Vernelle Nkima: I can not fi nd you on IG .. @Theseductivewoman
  120. Mary Miller: Excellent video! You always share valid viewpoints on the Grapevine. Happy to see you have your platform here. Keep up the good work!
  121. unitedqueendom Bob: Yes please more on 'charm'. I've noticed my friends who were private school educated have bags of charm. I wonder if this is taught or fostered. Loved this video btw. Defo going to pin & highlight these on my inspiration wall. x
  122. Women Love Power: Adriana Fleming oh no! I'm sorry, I'll see if there's another way I can show it-- it could be because it contains few short clips of her music video.
  123. Karl Williams: I get your love for women but women aint struggling that hard to be idolizing Cardi B
  124. GRTV: This should be viral for young and old women everywhere. Thank you for this.
  125. Celine Muhoza: Love it!!!👏👏👏👏👏💅
  126. Mary A: Ayesha, I enjoyed your video, but I really wish that we had more examples of "come-ups" due to our intellectual prowess. I'm not a fan of cardi b., but I'll admit that she played the cards that she was dealt, very well.
  127. Women Love Power: The Cardi Code needs to be the name of her autobiography/self help book!
  128. kiana: 'disease to please' hm
  129. Alicia Pinto: Hi Ayesha! Can you do a video about how to develop charm?
  130. jazzy love: You’re a beautiful woman! We need to stop listening to those garbage music! Music ain’t nothing like before mine generation and yours! How you guys met on grapevine? Was it college? II hope you answer my question; thanks !
  131. Caroline Kuschel: Girl I love you so much <3
  132. GreenSagittarius: Mary A, I hear you and I agree, it's difficult to take seriously a woman who, on the surface, appears to have epitomized classlessness and come up as a result. I have been very hesitant to jump on the Cardi B. train for that very reason. But, I've been on this earth close to 40 years, and I'm nowhere near where I want to be or where I believe my potential should have landed me by this time of my life. I think you are being judgmental, but I don't fault you for it. Whether we admit or not, we are all, to some extent, highly judgmental of many things because we are humans and that is a very human tendency. What I am working on now is taking plays from the playbooks of women who maybe I counted out at one point because I believed my class, eloquence, etc. might place me in some position of advantage. I'm learning, as it seems you may be, that there are so many ways we can be women and get everything we want in as many ways. All Black women are part of an insanely powerful sisterhood, and I wish you all the best things that we all deserve. Your thoughts are appreciated 💛
  133. GreenSagittarius: I am a firm believer that the universe will continuously align with the energy that you put into it, along with the energy present in your unspoken desires. That said, finding your channel tonight was completely unexpected, yet exactly what I needed and have been in search of. Thank you for your insight, as we are in dire need of more women to contribute to our own innate greatness. You are a gem, and I subscribed because I love your energy and the message you are delivering. 💛
  134. Nicol Christopher: Man, I didn't even know you had a channel until about an hour ago!
  135. Brownie-pie: Women Love Power yes I am from the UK
  136. Flexx Mobb: Facts!
  137. jazzy love: I know you went to college but is that where all you guys met; especially at the same school?
  138. Women Love Power: fungirl0123456 hey, are you international? It seems like it won't play for some international audiences.
  139. Ambrosia Devyani: Active listening. Asking the person open ended conversations and showing them you see beauty and power in them.
  140. Tracee Goodman: I say all the time you may not like her music but you have to respect Cardi-B's come-up.
  141. Women Love Power: mizzmolly there are multiple forms of power. Power is defined Mostly as the ability to exert control over yourself and your circumstances--- essentially the ability to exercise your will. Most women think it means to boss others around or hold political office-- no-- that's why so many women have no power, because they are scared of it or view it as unfeminine. Wealth is very much a form of power as it gives you agency-- and you can't acquire it without other forms of power. The ability to persuade and charm is a form of power as is clout. Intelligence is a form of power-- hence why if you're smart enough you can conceive a business or a start up that leads to wealth and influence-- or you can simply use your brain power to figure how to achieve what you want out of life. A person who is determined and believes in themselves , and has the ability to control their ego mind, has personal power. Confidence is a form of power. As is clout and influence. There are multiple forms of capital-- social capital, economic capital, political capital, intellectual capital, and even erotic capital and they are all forms of power.
  142. Women Love Power: Naturally Jazzy I am always a fan of planning and investing your energy in the vision you have for your life-but also being open to walking by faith, using intuition as an internal compass and being open to change because sometimes opportunities arise from seemingly nowhere. I'm a firm believer that good things come to those who hustle so as long as you believe in your vision and work to execute your plan, leaving room for change-- the universe will be on your side.
  143. Women Love Power: Thank you!
  144. crosses101: Swap the word "women" for "people" and she is spot on!!!
  145. Women Love Power: Simisola i would say charm consists of sincerely being interested in other people which is generally endearing--- but charm does not consist of depending on people to like you for validation because that's rooted in fear and insecurity which is fundamentally somewhat anti-seductive and will also hold you back. Selfishness means being willing to put yourself first, as in career ambitions, when necessary. Many women tend to put others needs above their own because they want to be liked and they want so badly to be perceived as nice. Being nice is not the same as being charming. It also isn't necessary that EVERYONE likes you.
  146. Women Love Power: Nicol Christopher no worries, Cardi B is popular right now and remarkable on her own right-- but she's not even on the GOAT list-- i have an entire gallery of women who slay, from history to present, that I'll cover. Many will be women you've never heard of, some will be your faves!
  147. Pint890: When you can't get enough of Ayesha on the grapevine so you stalk her on all other platforms. I appreciate you, woman!
  148. Raina Shaw: There is no such thing as bad publicity. As long as they spell your name right. Vanessa Williams is one of the few former Miss Americas that we remember. Those nude photos of her that appeared in Penthouse, that caused her to be stripped of her crown helped her to meet her first husband entertainment industry heavyweight Ramon Hervey. That meeting along with her talent benefitted her greatly. The rest is history.
  149. rachel charles: Wow, woman!! Loving your channel!! Go, girl!! Many thanks & Blessings 🙏🏾💗

  4. Matthew T: i love paleoanthropology, more Africans need to study this!  and what you have Said is so liberating and far greater than the God Story and the Illusion of any Stories of thiests. thank you
  5. hope sparks: Your editing is impeccable! Unlike any other I've seen on YouTube!
  6. True Brilliance: This was phenomenal !!!!
  7. Veronica King: Sis I could listen to you speak all day. You are brilliant!
  8. Women Love Power: So kind of you to say Alfred. Thank YOU for watching!
  9. Yokoto Atto: This channel is literal gold. I can't believe it. You should have over 200K followers. SMH
  10. mizzmolly: Girl, make some more videos! This is good stuff! There's not much intelligent conversation on YouTube when it comes to the daily lives of amazing black women.
  11. 283nickle: found you through the grapevine :). You got my sub! I am verrrryyyyyy stingy with my subscription power and I see it as an investment. lol. needless to say, you make me very happy to be woman and I see myself reflected in you. Happy to take this journey with you!
  12. Aleksandra Sasha Bijelovic: Where have you been all my life??? <3
  13. Kuzhy811: Absolutely love your channel and this video. Hey another hit! Much love and blessings💖✨
  14. Women Love Power: Yes, Mitochondrial Eve, and the idea that we all have one common ancestor (who is an African woman at that) is FASCINATING stuff!
  15. smartsexyfun97: I first was introduce to you by Grapevine & had to find your page. I love how you explain things, voice, and intellect.
  16. Fionna: This was such a great video. I was so facinated about the Mitochonrial Eve tie in. I knew of her being the common human ancestor, but I never knew why.
  17. Hermenia: Amazing channel. Amazing woman! Subscribed ❤❤
  18. Cassandra Sy: I am so glad someone is delivering this message; the women in my inner circle feel the same way!
  19. Naimah Love: Loving your channel!
  20. Tresses Hair Extensions: I love this commentary and it is so true. I have noticed over the years that the stock in Pu$$y (forgive my bluntness) is down and has been for sometime with no future of rising. It’s time for women to utilize their tools for the good of them and not use it as an attempt to get “ahead”. Typically the men that we are using it to keep, gain or conquer aren’t deserving of it. They hide behind material items which is a great ploy to get the women in heat (ie. gold diggers, opportunists, etc.) who find themselves seeking the life style presented. Unfortunately, this usually find them in an unappreciative, unrealistic surface relationship with a man that is spreading himself thinly with others. A man that has an appetite of multiple meals usually doesn’t stop eating until the food runs out. We have to decide if we want to be on the menu or be the complete meal.
  21. Women Love Power: Thank you Hope-- I'm so glad someone appreciates the little special touches!
  22. Faith Hope: That was a great video! 👏
  23. lαиα Star Butterfly: *gasp* I found your channel. 😭😭😭 I feel so blessed.

  55. OG Barbie: Wow! Thank you so much for this! I really needed to hear this, my whole outlook on dating has changed for the better🧡
  56. Women Love Power: Thank you soooo very much!!! (And I love your name!)
  57. orangecat999: I love this video! Great advice. I've also thought about women's power. I think it comes down to cultural trade-offs. For example women lost a lot of power when agriculture was invented. Because the opposite of choice is competition; and agriculture gave men a good reason to step up their game from being simply good hunters to being good farmers, herders/animal husbandry, then builders of cities and then chiefs, kings and presidents. For every Cleopatra there were millions of women who were little more than manual laborers & baby factories. Depending on where one is born, some women now have gained some power back because of birth control, modern health care and laws&policing that lessens the likelihood of sexual predation and child marriage. Today's choices therefore as you say, should be about women living the best lives that they can and being happy.
  58. The Whoever: Sexy Function Girl, me too 😂
  59. nwsupernova: Last year one of my male friends asked me ‘how does it feel to be a woman & literally have the power to make the world go ‘round’. I replied ‘idk because some man is always trying to take it away’. I love your thought process. Great video discussion!
  60. Bre Inspired: Yasss! Taking my power back in 2018!
  61. Alfred Norman: Ayesha, you are brilliant. Thanks for this video.
  62. HausOfAdonis: “watermelon headed babie” 😂🤣😂🤣 hahaha
  63. Stripping For Jesus Ministries: What questions should you ask on a date ?
  64. Aisha Mayfield Dioum: Not only do we have the same name, but we both have been to Senegal, and love salsa dancing! I think that's beyond cool! I'm not sure if ur celibate but I was abstinate until marriage, I met my husband in Senegal matter if fact. Anyway, I think ur great glad I finally discovered the grapevine
  65. LoveLifeSunshine: I just binge watched so many of your videos they’re so great! It’s nice seeing such enlightening videos on YT. This video in particular and the Oshun one really reminded me of my power thank you so much :) please make more videos!
  66. WoahhItsMonica: I have made this mistake once and I will never make it again. I dated a guy for a few months and at the time I really didn’t know what I wanted (my first mistake). I had been single for a while and was enjoying that but I did want some companionship. After a while I realized that I was ready for a relationship and really wanted one. So I talked to him about it and he never really gave me a definitive answer (lol which means it was a no). So I politely ended our relationship and moved on. I got a new job and eventually met this great guy. Ya’ll, we went on the dates and on the third he was asking me to be his girlfriend. Lol! Who knew it could be that easy!?
  67. Khari Cook: Oh My Goodness. I'm learning so much. This is simply amazing content. I've been sharing your videos today to many. So many conversation starters, that really allows one to did deep on certain ideas and constructs we never question.
  68. begevt: The fact you played Prince's "Pussy Control" 😍😍😍😍 I love you! Lol
  69. D. Katay: How are all of your videos not viral? Your channel is gold!
  70. Black m.d to be: Your videos always have such great timing for me lol

HOW FEMININE ENERGY TRANSLATES INTO REAL POWER

HOW FEMININE ENERGY TRANSLATES INTO REAL POWER
  1. Mayeaux W.: So, I learned about gender in sociology. Men and women are biologically different, but mentally identical. The gender roles we assume or “play” as men and women require us to train our brains to use parts that are useful for “being a male/female”, which has been socially constructed for us. We do gender but everyone possesses both masculine and feminine energy. Not sure how accurate my deduction is, but that’s what I gathered.
  2. Nnenna Ndukwe: beautifully and eloquently said.
  3. lαиα Star Butterfly: Doing a face mask and marathoning the entire channel
  4. Women Love Power: Yes, everyone possesses masculine and feminine energy in the sense that we both have access to our left and right brain hemispheres, and hence two different modes of consciousness that we tend to use together. The concept that you've explained, men and women are identical and all differences are LEARNED, is inaccurate because it's based on the assumption that these biological (hormones, etc) and in particular neurobiological differences (women have anywhere between 10 and 33% more of the interconnective tissue between their right and left brain hemispheres, where as men tend to have more intraconnective tissue.... for example) don't INFLUENCE behavioral outcomes and that simply isn't true. So when it comes to 'gender', it is true that much of it in our contemporary is performative (men should lead, women should serve.. this is learned behavior), but truthfully there is both nature and nurture at hand.
  5. Isabella Pattinson: well said. loved it.
  6. Mayeaux W.: Ahhh got it.

How To Let It 'Flow': Lessons In the Art of Surrender

How To Let It 'Flow': Lessons In the Art of Surrender
  1. Women Love Power: Lauryn J thank you queen!
  2. Women Love Power: Adara Nelson that means do much to me that I can offer helpful guidance and inspiration. I strive to bring more light and clarity into the world and above all, to create evergreen content that people can return to again and again— really happy that you’ve enjoyed!
  3. Women Love Power: The same! I miss how easy it was to be consumed with the senses, the present moment and the lack of self-consciousness. There's a certain 'wisdom' that children have because they are so guided by instinct-- it something we have to awaken!
  4. AWRAH: I always wanted to let you know your mind is So beautiful and the way you explain what you know so clearly is a gift , your truly one of a kind .
  5. zan752000: Thank you so very much for this.
  6. Rozzay11: My song and my mantra!!!!!! And Persephone is one of my favorite goddesses . Virgo lady! ♍️
  7. Z. JF: Im not done watching but I just wanted to say.. you are slaying this look Ayesha! yas <3
  8. Women Love Power: smartsexyfun97 I love that you are celebrating the season in spite of your trials. You’re evolving!
  9. Sara Tadesse: Hello production value!!! Thankyou for the upload 💚
  10. Geri Miller: Frankly, I'm baffled as to why you don't have more subscribers, your channel is brilliant! Like so many other commenters, this came at a time I needed it most. I came to know and learned these lessons over the years, but I needed this message to remind me of them. Thank you.
  12. Ayesha Faines: Savvy Sion heads up, I did a cyber Monday coupon but I didn’t send out to anyone but social media followers. There will likely be another for list when newsletter is ready but If you want to take advantage use coupon code cybermondaypowermoves.
  13. Ms. Stratton: This was dope. Thank you for sharing ❤️
  14. eliza sapara grant: that's beautiful
  15. Women Love Power: Gracelike rain working on some complimentary videos for my women love power newsletters at the moment and I hope to have another one for YouTube within a few weeks, definitely this month. ☺️
  16. Jenny Meya: +Women Love Power thank you!!
  17. Alexys Daniel: Please make more videos! You inspire me so much!
  18. Erya Bolonha: I could listen to you speak for hours and hours your voice is so peaceful.. you always look so relaxed.. And beautiful as always
  19. Omiajẹ Naturals: Another profound message from the beautiful Ayesha! 💕
  20. Savvy Sion: +Women Love Power I just hopped on the list! Thanks!😊🌺
  21. Johanne Noel: The right message at the right time thanks❤️
  22. Nnennaya Igwe: I am still waiting for the video to load but I already agree with everything you have to say queen Ayesha. Continue to show us the way, I love you <3
  25. Sonya Asegieme: Wow. Thank you.
  26. Qwamel Hanks: Talk about divine timing...just last night I was meditating on the spiritual practice of acceptance. Thank you for this message!
  27. L E.: i really needed this today. Thank you so much!!!
  30. Women Love Power: I'm glad! You're welcome!
  31. Nikita Roundtree: This message was right on time for all things going on in my life!!
  32. 1wtre: Great breakdown of the art of surrender!
  33. Crollé Serré: Thank you Ayesha. My instinct made me type surrender at first looking for Oprah message and then your video came out. ✨
  34. Lauryn J: This the first video of yours I’m watching and what a breath of fresh air. The quality of work you put into your video both content and visuals. You really get it!
  36. koyuki90: Thank you, this video was very inspirational 😚😘
  37. Women Love Power: R J wow thank you! I’m really humbled that this video helped you!
  38. Mayeaux W.: When I saw the title I knew exactly what the intro song would be. ❤️
  39. Women Love Power: You're so welcome!!!
  41. morita kaoru: The part that resonated with me most is when you say we're so goal-oriented we forget to live in the present. That's so true, even then, there are so many distractions that keep us from being in the moment like technology and being on our phone. One thing I miss abt my childhood is not caring abt the future and just having fun in the moment. I feel like I have a lot to learn from my childhood.
  42. Keisha Charmaine: Brilliant break down. Thank you so much for this video.
  43. Brooklyn Nikki: I love this segment. Ayesha gave me some insight on how to overcome disappointment in my life. I am going to come out on the other side of this. Thanks Ayesha.

  45. heygirlhey: 🎶Zoo Bay da Bay dow u Dow ba ba ba daaaa🎶 man that was my song! Bout to Spotify after I finish watching this gorgeous regal intelligent lady on my screen 😍. ...just out of curiosity did you major in the arts at Yale? I'm always so impressed with your take on literature
  46. Amber Marie: This is such a treat and so fitting for this current phase of my life. I equate it to the butterfly metamorphosis. One must sometimes die to who/what they believe they are in order to become something far greater.
  47. El: This is an affirmation
  48. DeBorah Camille: Ayesha, thank you so much! Your work means so much to me. 💜
  49. smartsexyfun97: Thank you for this message.

  54. That Girl: I love to hear you talk. And i love learning from you
  55. Hunadi Makgatho: That signature red lip deserves its own YouTube channel ❤️💋. Thank you for yet another empowering video.
  56. Manie E.: heygirlhey name of the song please ?lol
  57. DanceSexMusicHipHop: +Ayesha Faines ok thank you.
  60. Thandiwe: I love that you’ve grounded this principle in language that id understandable. Love you!!
  61. Destiny Burns: Your videos have changed my life. Thank you and please keep doing these. I have learned so much!
  62. Safia Marmon: The best channel on youtube
  63. Women Love Power: Jessica Rose that’s a beautiful connection!!
  64. Kymberle Grant: That was so clear and just... I love it 💙💙💙
  66. heygirlhey: Manie E. Chante Moore- Wey U ...it's on waiting to exhale soundtrack there's a lotta good songs on there
  67. Zainab Amina: I stan forever ❤️
  68. Gracelike rain: Hello I just watched all your videos when does the next one come out?
  69. morita kaoru: It applies in relationships too. So many times ppl try to change others by telling them what to do or how to live their lives, but after a while it becomes control covert as "love". I've had that experience many times where my boundaries got violated with unsolicited advices, judgments, pushing through my no's, etc.
  70. silver serpent: my dear, thank you so much. this video was beautifully made, and I loved seeing you dance! surrender is something I am learning more and more, and this one brought it to a deeper level for me - especially as just now I was struggling to make my first youtube video and just couldn't get in the flow and say what I intended to - I let it go and am relaxing now and the inspiration is rising up in me again. Thank you.
  71. Maaya Ayu: I ❤️ your videos! I'm only 16 years old and trying to be a better me and becoming more feminine 🌺🥀
  72. Queen S: This video came right on time 💜🖤💜!!
  73. Women Love Power: Crollé Serré what?!!! Wow! That’s incredible!!
  74. TinoM24: Appetite 4 Chic yeah she did such a great job with the details. Like I’m changing a lot of things because of it.
  75. Women Love Power: heygirlhey I love that song too! The whole soundtrack! I was a near eastern languages and civilizations major (middle eastern studies) lol, so go figure! But I love literature, film and mythology!
  76. sydney sandiego: This is fantastic, Ayesha. Thank you for the work you do.
  77. MsSoaringstar18: Yes Ms. Ayesha!!! Please do more videos!!! We've been waiting to long!!
  78. Chocolate Divine: I’m learning to embrace more of that understanding how my menstrual cycle flows with the moon cycle and using my creativity more at this time.
  79. I promise!
  80. TinoM24: Khari Cook wow such a good point!
  81. Jenny Meya: Perfect timing! What's the name of the song that plays around 6:30? It's soothing 💕
  82. Women Love Power: Thanks Danielle! I really appreciate your encouragement!!!
  84. ana Mont: Are you in a dance group or teach salsa?
  85. Women Love Power: Wey U by Chante Moore. All the music is from the Waiting To Exhale Soundtrack.
  86. maura.magic: This is one of the most valuable videos I have seen in years! Thank you Ayesha!! :)

  90. Cheche Mokgosi: Thank you for this message, I am currently going through a separation after 15 years of being with my former partner and I never anticipated how challenging it would be.
  91. DanceSexMusicHipHop: +Women Love Power Hi I've tried several times to register for the newsletter from your website but I haven't received a confirmation email and it's not in my spam folder either.
  97. Asli Shagu: I want take the course so bad but as I college broke student I can’t right now. I freaking love you and your videos are making me a better person❤️
  98. Women Love Power: Maaya Ayu I love that and I celebrate you!!!
  99. J Songs: Can I ask how you knew to get the right authorization to use the songs in this video?
  100. morita kaoru: The analogy with dancing is great. The only time where I feel like my body and my mind are in alignement is when I'm dancing. Ppl who never practice dance dont know what they're missing.
  101. Star Goddess: This is one of my favourite episodes
  102. Silas X-Videos2nd: Love love this. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
  103. Danielle Campbell: More people need to benefit from your unique perspective, your wisdom and your understanding! I hope your brand makes it big, you are an exceptional woman!!
  104. ana Mont: +Women Love Power what days and where. I live in nj too
  105. Jayla Dainty: More videos please. We love you dearly
  106. Women Love Power: ana Mont i dance salsa and I teach a class called viva la femme which is a Latin based feminine movement class!
  108. D'sherice Mo: Thank u for this video. That Aretha song always takes me out. I'm looking forward to your master class
  109. Christine MV: Beautiful .. wow😘
  110. Women Love Power: nancana10 yes! It’s called inside the pink and it’s on iTunes, Spotify, google play and SoundCloud! ☺️
  111. Kaye Anye: Wow, just wow. Thank you
  112. ana Mont: This goes for most Latin dances in general....bachata...merengue...cumbia....men lead. I still have a hard time dancing latin mudic because i tend to want to lead but i was told by a dance teacher than salsa and other latin music...is the only time when YOU HAVE TO LEAD...lol i know buts its hard
  113. TinoM24: Truly enjoyed the message...
  114. Natasha: WOKE . You just woke my existance into a whole new parallel. Love it.
