I will show you how to remove the extreme amount of dead cuticle skin, the cleaning of the toes and toenails and filing of dry cracked calluses. Clients usually get a regular pedicure every 4 to 6 weeks. This client has not had a pedicure six months. She has a severe buildup of dead skin under her toes and around her nails. Her heels are also extremely dry and cracked with excessive calluses.
People who have never had a pedicure or have gone too long between pedicures need to realize it is impossible to clean out all the dead skin in one pedicure service. We only schedule a certain amount of time for each service. They will need to return in 4 to 6 weeks so you can get their feet in better shape.
If you have an extreme amount of dead skin on your feet, you can give yourself a mini pedicure and clean some of the dead skin away from your cuticles at home so the nail technician will have the best chance to remove as much of the dry cracked callus as possible during the service.
